Baseline? What baseline? A quick review of Up And Down

Up And Down by Hiro.STD (presumably Hiro Studio and not Hiro Sexually Transmitted Disease) is a fun display typeface in two styles: regular and rough.

The font has some nice ligatures, but its main differentiating point is the baseline shifting between different characters. If you want a quick bouncy or/and cartoony headline, title, or just about anything, really, this is a very fun font to have around.

That’s it. Now go play in the sun. Meet new people. Make love. Accidentally impregnate someone or get impregnated yourself. Unwittingly condemn yourself to a life of servitude. Never see your friends again without a spouse breathing down your neck.

Shit, that took a dark turn.
